Non-Slip Sailing Shoes: Comfort and Safety on Board

They're easy to overlook. Yet on board, shoes matter as much as a good set of oilskins. 

On one side there's safety: on deck you often walk on wet or slippery surfaces. On the other, comfort: you're on your feet for long stretches, and sometimes you need to move fast. 

That's why a high-quality pair of non-slip shoes is essential. For experienced sailors as well as beginners, technical shoes with the right features mean secure footing, and also a more relaxed time on the water. 

Built for One Design racing, the OD Shoes have an ultralight technical mesh upper that dries fast and a Vibram no-marking sole that holds on wet surfaces. Inside, a support structure locks the foot in place: the fit stays precise even when the boat heels or you shift position.
