Developed with Olympic Nacra 17 champions Ruggero Tita and Caterina Banti, the new Foil Aeroset is the result of advanced, athlete-driven research. Top and Bib are engineered to work as a single system, reducing drag, controlling airflow and maintaining stability even when fully exposed to wind and water. Tested at the highest level, they deliver compression, precision and freedom of movement, turning gear into an active component of performance.
Beyond traditional wetsuit fabric.
We engineered a micro-channelled structure to manage airflow around the body, reducing turbulence and drag at high speeds. Specifically developed for modern foiling, this structure is tested in wind tunnel conditions and applies aerodynamic principles used in other elite high-speed disciplines.
Designed to hold under load.
A calibrated combination of high-elastomer fabrics delivers controlled compression and stability, maintaining fit and aerodynamic function even when wet. The ergonomic fit works with the body to ensure consistent performance, preventing deformation and eliminating flapping at high speed.
Every detail is developed to perform in high-speed conditions: abrasion-resistant reinforcements in high-contact areas, integrated trapeze opening for direct load interaction, UV protection and silicone grip bands at cuffs and waist to keep the garment stable during action.
The Top provides 35+ UPF protection, while the Bib ensures full 50+ UPF coverage across its entire surface, delivering consistent protection under prolonged sun exposure.
The Bib integrates abrasion-resistant panels in high-contact areas, protecting against deck surfaces and repeated friction while preserving fabric integrity over time.
A dedicated opening allows the trapeze hook to pass through the Top, maintaining structural integrity and ensuring a stable, precise connection under load.
