Altura Tech Pant was developed to build on the legacy of the Pro Tech and take it to a more advanced level, becoming the new reference technical pant for everyday use on board. It is not a waterproof shell, but a garment designed to support work in the cockpit, offering protection, durability and continuous comfort. The highly abrasion-resistant double weave stretch fabric is the core of the project, based on the same construction principle used in the One Design line. Compared to the traditional Pro Tech, it provides greater elasticity and improved freedom of movement, while maintaining a technical hand feel and a solid structure. Nylon canvas reinforcements on the seat and knees increase durability in the areas most exposed to wear, making the pant suitable for intensive use. The regular fit is designed to balance protection and freedom of movement. The adjustable waist allows for precise adjustment, while the PFC-free DWR (Durable Water Repellent) treatment helps protect against moisture and spray typical of the marine environment. Pocket management is fully functional for on-board use: all pockets, including the side cargo pockets, are equipped with YKK zippers to ensure durability and security during manoeuvres. The absence of back pockets improves comfort and reduces bulk when working on board. ALTURA Tech Pant is available both in a long version and in the Tech Short variant, maintaining the same technical language and construction. Men’s and women’s versions share the same design, with the women’s model featuring a slightly higher waist. The Dark Navy and Cliff Grey colourways are designed to integrate easily with the rest of the Altura collection.
