OD CAP Casquette technique de voile en polyester recyclé avec UV 50+

OD Cap is a technical accessory developed for sailing and long days on board, where sun protection, breathability and stability are essential. The recycled polyester fabric is lightweight, breathable and slightly stretch, with a water-repellent treatment that helps repel moisture and spray. Anti-UV UPF 50+ protection is a core element of the design, providing effective shielding during long hours of sun exposure. The cap structure is carefully engineered: while maintaining the look of a classic 6-panel cap, it is actually built with a 5-panel construction, featuring a single front panel without a central seam. This solution enhances the clean design and allows the logo to be printed rather than embroidered. Ventilation is provided by embroidered eyelets, while an internal quick-dry mesh sweatband absorbs moisture quickly, improving comfort during activity. The rear adjustment combines a buckle and strap with an elastic insert on the opposite side, allowing slight elasticity even after adjustment, for better fit and stability in movement. OD Cap is equipped with a windproof cap retainer with a plastic clip, an essential detail on board, designed to prevent losing the cap in dynamic conditions.
