MATTEO PUPPO AND MATTEO CAPURRO WON the SILVER AT THE ITALIAN CHAMPIONSHIP
The young Italian Yacht Club team, sponsored by Slam, came second in the Men’s 470 Junior race, winning them the silver medal after fighting off stiff competition from Italy’s finest athletes.
The 470 Junior European Champions faced with strong determination to the 24th edition of the Italian Olympic Classes Championship, and they will keep on going their adventure, together with Slam, in pursuit of ambitious objectives.

The Italian Olympic Classes Championship (#CICO17), organised by the Italian Sailing Federation, is a race that takes place in the waters off the Roman coastline for the Italian national titles in the ten Olympic Classes. The 2017 edition saw the participation of 250 yachts and 300 sailor men and women, including the crews that took part in the 2016 Rio Olympics, who are already working towards Tokyo 2020.
